Schedule Risk Snapshot for Owners

(Deeper analysis available on request)

This risk snapshot is an independent review of a contractor’s project schedule, focused on surfacing near-term risk and material changes before they become issues in the field.

The review highlights:

  • What has materially changed since the last schedule update

  • Logic, sequencing, and duration assumptions affecting near-term work

  • Trade stacking or access risks that may limit execution flexibility

  • Key milestones to watch

  • Clear, neutral questions an owner can use to guide discussion with the GC

The intent is not to critique the schedule, but to strengthen the owner’s position in schedule-related discussions by clarifying where risk is building and what assumptions deserve attention.

Reviews are typically performed monthly and are intended to complement the contractor’s scheduling effort.
